Dermeren.com.au has a Returns & Refunds Policy as well as a Shipping & Handling Policy.

For returns, if you change your mind about your purchase, you are welcome to return your product within 30 days of your purchase date. However, it must be unused and unopened. A refund will only be provided once the product is returned and confirmed to be unused and in resalable condition. All return items must be unused, unopened, and complete with original plastic wrapping. Dermeren is not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items. If there is a problem with your product, they will remedy depending on the problem providing the product is not damaged as a result of misuse. Dermeren has a 1 Year product Warranty. If your product is faulty and you require a replacement, they offer a refund, replacement or credit should an item be deemed to have a major fault.
